You can use this theme for membership sites where the talents are registered by choosing the membership level they need and register, once they register then they will be able to create their profile themself.

The site admin can control the user access level based on the Membership levels.

The admin can also control the number of posts ( talent profile ) the user can create based on the membership level.

The admin can control giving the Meta boxes access to the user based on the roles/levels, ex. If a user signed up as a free member then they will be able to access for few metabox like Talent details and Z card or Compcard and he can not upload videos and profile pictures when the other user level can access all the options/features.
